Certificant Violations of Ethics

In our role serving the public's trust and in accordance with the rules and procedures regarding ethical and professional disciplinary complaints – NCBTMB publishes sanctions imposed on certificants found to be in violation of the Code of Ethics and/or Standards of Practice. Below is a list of certificant suspensions and revocations.
School Compliance Program
The goal of NCBTMB’s enhanced school compliance program is to monitor and identify schools that do not meet NCBTMB’s educational and operational requirements or schools that give the appearance of fraud. We conduct investigations, issue suspensions or revoke assigned school codes based on due diligence and documented findings.
If you believe a school is in violation of NCBTMB's requirements, selling transcripts without requiring attendance, or committing fraud, contact school_compliance@ncbtmb.org. In the e-mail provide your name, contact information, name of school, summary of violation and consent to use this information in our investigation.

Approved Provider Program
NCBTMB is now reviewing Approved Provider cases. For more information, see Approved Provider Sanctions.
